Inaugural class graduates with the Agent of Excellence Designation in Real Estate at the Walt Disney World® Resort. The first 26 real estate professionals to complete this newly-offered program received the elite distinction, graduating with the Agent of Excellence Designation in Real Estate. LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (Oct. 9, 2019) – The first graduating class of the Agent of Excellence: Making Magic in Real Estate conference celebrated after 3 days of in-depth training at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Throughout the conference, held in conjunction with Disney Institute, participants studied systems and processes in place throughout the Walt Disney Company to implement exceptional service systems into their own real estate businesses. "Long-term success in our industry, in any market, relies on providing consistent, exceptional customer service more than any other factor," said Monica Shea, Founder and CEO of Agent of Excellence. "It's up to us, as real estate professionals, to seek out the training and tools needed to exceed client expectations, and to commit to raising the public's expectations of our profession as a whole." The October training event was the first of its kind to be offered in the world. Registration is now open for the next event, scheduled for February 10-12, 2020. The conference is limited to approximately 50 participants, due to the hands-on nature of the training, which includes field experiences into the theme parks to observe and study Disney's systems first-hand.
