Feedback on Being an AoE

"I think like attracts like, and the members of AoE all come from a genuine place of 'How can I do this better?!', ' How can I improve my client's experience?!'. Disney is of course the perfect place to look to for the art of excellence in Customer service, and the perfect place to host our classes and reboot sessions, since we all get to refill our buckets and pixie dust at the same time. It is time well spent learning from some of the best in the industry. There's so much more than just setting a goal and reaching for it or even exceeding it; for me, it really is about creating such a memorable experience for our clients that they will always refer their friends and family to you, and it's a genuine way of living; being a good human being!
