- Mail a card wishing them a happy one-year anniversary in their home
- Use social media to connect and congratulate them on milestones
- Send an ecard for the next holiday (stay tuned for Valentine's ideas in our next newsletter)
- Text a video message or GIF wishing them a happy birthday
- Call (or slydial) to tell them you were in their n'hood and were thinking about them
There are SO many ways to show your clients that you haven't forgotten about them. Just like Dumbo, elephants never forget!
